1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) has been developed by LLC OC “LINGUA”, OGRN 1185835008281, INN 5836687032 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, in order to establish the procedure for processing Users’ Personal Data and to provide information on the requirements implemented by the Operator to protect Users’ Personal Data.

1.3. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The new version of the Privacy Policy shall become effective upon its publication on the Website.

2. Definitions

2.5. Course – a program consisting of foreign language lessons conducted wholly or partially using remote communication tools (Internet), including video and/or audio recordings, live or recorded performances, including real-time participation of employees, materials provided in electronic form, including presentations, slides, messages, PDF files, homework assignments, and feedback.
2.7. Materials – video and/or audio recordings, video and/or audio performances, materials provided in electronic form, including presentations, slides, messages, PDF files, and others.
2.8. Anonymization of Personal Data – actions that render it impossible to identify the subject of Personal Data without additional information.
2.9. Processing of Personal Data – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with Personal Data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification, verification), retrieval, use, transfer to third parties (except for dissemination), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of Personal Data.
2.10. Personal Data – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data), including:

2.12. Product – a Course or any other product created and provided by LLC OC “LINGUA”, information about which is posted on the Website.
2.13. Provision of Personal Data – actions aimed at disclosing Personal Data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.
2.14. Dissemination of Personal Data – actions aimed at disclosing Personal Data to an indefinite number of persons.
2.15. Website – a set of information, texts, graphic elements, designs, images, photos and video materials, and other results of intellectual activity, as well as programs contained in the information system, ensuring access to such information on the Internet at the following network address and its subdomains:

2.16. Cross-border transfer of Personal Data – transfer of Personal Data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign governmental authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity.
2.17. Destruction of Personal Data – actions that make it impossible to restore the content of Personal Data in the information system and/or result in the destruction of tangible media containing Personal Data.
2.18. Cookies – data fragments stored in the User’s browser during visits to the Website.
2.19. Yandex.Metrica – a web analytics service used to analyze User activity on the Website.
3. Purpose and Legal Grounds for Processing Users’ Personal Data
3.1. The Operator processes only those Personal Data of Users that are necessary for the User’s use of the Website for the purposes specified in clause 3.2 of this Privacy Policy.
3.2. The purpose of processing the User’s Personal Data by the Operator is the conclusion and execution of agreements with the User, including paid service agreements for providing access to Products.
3.3. The legal grounds for processing Users’ Personal Data include:

3.3.5. Agreements for the provision of educational, travel, and other services (upon registration for training);
3.3.6. User consent to the processing of personal data.
4. User Consent to the Processing of Personal Data. Withdrawal of Consent
4.1. The User hereby and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” gives their unconditional consent to the processing of their Personal Data by the Operator and to the provision of such information to third parties to the extent, in the manner, and under the conditions specified in this clause. The User confirms that they give such consent freely, of their own will, and in their own interest.
4.2. The User grants consent to the Operator for the purpose of concluding and executing agreements, including paid service agreements for access to Products.
4.3. The User acknowledges, confirms, and agrees that if it is necessary to provide Personal Data to achieve the purposes of processing stated in this Policy, such data may be transferred to other individuals or legal entities, including third parties engaged by the Operator to fulfill contractual obligations.
4.4. The User confirms that the Personal Data provided to the Operator belongs to them personally and, in the case of providing information about third parties, they do so with the consent of such individuals, in accordance with Part 8 of Article 9 and Subparagraph 5 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.
4.5. The User confirms that the Personal Data provided to the Operator is accurate and up to date. The Operator does not verify the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data provided by the User.
4.6. The User's consent to the processing of Personal Data remains valid for 60 (Sixty) years from the date of its submission, unless the Operator receives a written notice of withdrawal. The withdrawal must be signed by the User, scanned, and sent to the Operator's email address: lingua_center@mail.ru, in PDF or JPEG format. The written notice must contain:
— Full name of the User;
— Contact phone number;
— Email and Telegram or WhatsApp username used in the web form on the Website, including when purchasing a Product;
— Explicit statement of withdrawal of consent;
— Date, signature, and printed name of the User.
4.7. Use of the Website and/or provision of Personal Data by the User to the Operator constitutes the User’s unconditional consent to this Privacy Policy. If the User disagrees (in whole or in part) with this Privacy Policy, they must discontinue use of the Website.
4.8. The User agrees to receive SMS messages, emails, notifications, and/or other communications from the Operator, including advertising messages.
5. Procedure for Processing Personal Data and Security Measures Implemented by the Operator
5.1. The Operator processes Personal Data provided directly by the User. Such data is submitted, including via web forms (registration, application, feedback, subscription, etc.) on the Website, and constitutes the User’s consent to processing.
5.2. The Operator processes Personal Data both using automated means, including within telecommunications networks, and without such means.
5.3. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of Users’ Personal Data and takes all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access.
5.4. The Operator adopts necessary and sufficient legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect Personal Data from unlawful and/or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, and other unlawful actions by third parties.
5.5. In processing Personal Data, the Operator complies with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
5.6. The Operator uses Cookies and the Yandex.Metrica service to collect anonymized information about User behavior. Cookies do not cause harm and may be disabled in the browser settings. By remaining on the Website, the User agrees to the use of these technologies.
6. Final Provisions
6.2. The Operator may amend the Policy without separate notification. The new version takes effect upon its publication on the Website.
